The British Columbia Ministry of Advanced Education, Skills & Training approved space program includes a 10,355 m2 (111,460 sf) building plus one level of underground parking (approximately 50 spaces), designed to meet a LEED™ gold sustainability target with a total approved budget value of $78.27 million inclusive of tax and FF&E. The total projected construction budget is $57 million inclusive of tax.

Alan Nicholson and Rob Brown assisted with validating the feasibility study, initial budgeting, and preparation of the project charter.  Construction is anticipated to start in late 2019.
