Project Overview
The British Columbia Ministry of Advanced Education, Skills & Training approved space program includes a 10,355 m2 (111,460 sq.ft.) building plus one level of underground parking (approximately 50 spaces), designed to meet a LEED™ Gold sustainability target. The total projected construction budget is $57 million.
Primary Services
MAKE assisted with validating the feasibility study, initial budgeting, and preparation of the project charter. The project has now been successfully tendered and construction is in progress.
