Architects: Surf Architecture

The first phase of the master plan renovations includes substantial site preparation, construction of a new annex building for administration, and renovation of the administration area into teaching space.  This phase will create the room needed to begin a 15-phase, 10-year capital build-out that will modernize most of the school infrastructure.  The purpose is to create education and support spaces of the highest quality that promote modern learning standards. 

MAKE Projects is the Owner’s project manager, and is responsible for overseeing the project on the school’s behalf.  Budget, schedule and quality must all comply with the overarching masterplan principles, set out by the Board.
