The new Timms Community Centre is 25,000 sq. ft. of new building joined and integrated to the City Hall and Library to make one more efficient building.  The new Community Centre includes a 7,500 sq. ft. gymnasium with bleachers, and a raised, cantilevered walking/ running track on the inside perimeter of the gymnasium.

The Timms Community Centre has recently won the 2016 Fraser Valley Commercial Building Excellence Award, for Community Institutional buildings.
