Project Overview
On the heels of the senior school addition success, St. John’s continued its campus redevelopment by renovating the junior school facility. Renovation work included classroom reconfiguration and reorientation, a complete window and HVAC system replacement, new lighting, new millwork, and flooring and ceiling finishes.
The intent behind this project is to revitalize the school space to provide the same first-class quality learning environment that is provided in the rest of the school. All work occurred in the summers (2018 and 2019) when school was out of session.
Primary Services
MAKE managed this project from concept to completion, including preparation of budget, schedule, scope recommendations, procurement strategy, and phasing.
