Project Overview
Richmond Industrial Centre is the largest business park in the history of Metro Vancouver to be developed and retained by a single owner. Once fully built out, the area will have some 10 million sq. ft. of industrial space with great connectivity through Highways 91, 99, and 17 and with particularly close proximity to Deltaport and the Fraser Surrey Docks.
Primary Services
MAKE is providing design and construction management oversight, starting with Building 1. We’re also aiding the client in master control budget management and master scheduling for all 12 buildings. The development program will see at least one major building delivered each year.
