Diana Findlay, Project Manager, Chief of Staff

Diana is the Chief of Staff and Project Manager lead of the Operational Readiness team.  Diana’s educational background includes applied leadership and human resources. Through her years of experience with general contractors, design consultants and owner’s representative firms, she has managed project coordination from design procurement through construction completion to operational readiness. Her people skills and detail-oriented organizational abilities ensure projects run smoothly. She enjoys working with clients on change management, seeing stakeholders transition with fewer problems.

In her spare time, Diana is preferably on a soccer field cheering for one of her two teenage sons or riding her bike.  She also likes to cook and spend time touring wine country.
