MAKE Projects acted as the owner's rep for Coquitlam’s new community centre that will include gym, multi-purpose flex space, kitchen, lounge, meeting rooms, child minding space, admin offices, underground parking, plaza and playground.

Place Maillardville Community Centre is an 11,000 sf recreation facility serving approx. 8,000-10,000 people. It’s been a cornerstone of the Maillardville neighbourhood for 40 years, and the aging facility could no longer sustain the needs of the community.

The future Place Maillardville Community Centre, scheduled to open in fall 2022, which will enhance the amenities and services offered within a scale, budget and size appropriate for the neighbourhood.
