Project Overview
Savoy is a 6-storey residential concrete building on Cambie St. with 2 levels of underground parkade, 64 units comprising 58 condos, and 6 townhomes along the back lane. The building features a large rooftop amenity space filled with raised garden beds, outdoor furniture, barbecues, and view of the North Shore mountains. The building is LEED Gold and used sustainable products throughout the construction.
